We are hiring a Compliance Coordinator!
You are responsible for ensuring all existing and new models which require certification are listed with the appropriate certifiers or regulatory agencies. You will collaborate with the engineering department and Product Managers to ensure changes to existing models and additions of new models have the necessary testing, documentation, and approvals for certification in the Markets supported by Masco Canada.
What Will You Do!
- Promote a culture of compliance
- Review new products or product modifications with engineering (PCPR)
- Establish a test plan to align with the latest edition of the standards
- Review test plans with certifiers and obtain agreement for product approval
- Assure test reports are complete for listing purposes
- Create and maintain PMI’s (Product Material Information spreadsheets)
- Writes submission reports to certifiers to list new products and modified products
- Review PPAPs for compliance impact
- Coordinate with 3rd party certifying bodies to assure products are listed prior to launch
- Issues Ship Hold Alerts when a product is found out of compliance
- Carry out a root cause analysis when compliance issues are found
- Document concerns brought to attention and respond to deviations requested
- Ensures all product water usage values are reported to FTC, DOE, and CEC as required by Federal US law, on an annual basis. Must also report to same regulatory bodies when models are introduced or discontinued.
- Perform internal audit program to evaluate existing products against their current listing
- Provides training and guidance to Engineering personnel on standards and codes requirements affecting Masco Canada products (CSA, ASSE, ASME, IAPMO…)
- Maintains compliance data in JDE and STEP
- Liaison with cross functional departments and resolve their compliance inquires.

Hiring Range: $49,700.00 - $78,210.00
