Who You Are:Seeking a Systems Support Planner to support the Army Reserve Installation Management Directorate (ARIMD) and 63rd Readiness Division (RD). ARIMD is responsible for program/project management and master planning support for the mitigation in property transitions, land development and redevelopment, along with environmental considerations in property acquisition, transfer, and disposal are key elements in the success of these programs. All of these activities are supported by two key automated information systems: the Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) and the Army Stationing and Information Program (ASIP). What You'll Do:Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of the data used in the operation of the enterprise systems, ASIP and RPLANS. Liaison with the ASIP and RPLANS Help-Desk facilities to provide off-site reach-back support. Update and validate RPLANS to include the Coarse Screen Report and the tabulation of existing and required facilities. Update ASIP to include validating the facilities are correctly documented, updating the full-time support and Army Reserve data, and updating the training data. Prepare update reports and certification documentations for both RPLANS and ASIP. Draft correspondence, information papers, and point papers in order to provide Army Reserve facility planners and managers with recommendations on course of action pertaining to Military Construction Army Reserve (MCAR) Future Year Development Plan (FYDP) to ascertain impacts on unit space requirements and facility utilization. Participate in the development and maintenance of Real Property Master Plans and update to ensure data accuracy and inform decision makers on potential courses of actions. Analyze documents and compare it to current staffing in ASIP. Provide a standard comparison matrix and proposed ASIP edits to ASIP managers during the ASIP quarterly edit window. What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree related to planning or Information Systems Analysis; or AICP certified planning certificate. Four ( 4) years direct experience performing edit functions in either the ASIP or RPLANS systems of record may be substituted for degree requirements. Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with the Department of the Army systems of record that support real property data attributes (ASIP and RPLANS). Must be able to communicate well in written reports and briefings. Experience with the Department of Army and experience with the Army Reserves is preferred. Professional certifications related to planning is preferred.
