Job Description
The Position
As a Business Partner and Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to sponsor a global enterprise people strategy that reflects our unique culture, values and business needs within the HR function. You will provide coaching and guidance to HR colleagues to develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives across a variety of areas including diversity, talent and performance, organizational planning and design, rewards, labor and employee relations and change management.

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will have a unique opportunity to act both as a member of the extended HR Leadership Team and to operate as part of a cross-functional Certified Outsourcing Specialist (COS) network to support and enable the running of the business, with a specific focus on HR. As a HR Business Partner, you will help your clients build the skills and capabilities they need to execute efficiently and effectively. You must be able to navigate ambiguity and be adept at understanding the connections between our functional and enterprise business priorities.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree, or in lieu of degree, relevant years of experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Ten plus years’ experience in a global business environment as an HR Business Partner.
