Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeing an Institutional Compliance Officer, Research (RCO) for University Ethics and Compliance. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the RCO will lead the institutional compliance program for research. The RCO will be responsible for implementing, administering, and the daily monitoring of Rutgers’ institutional compliance program for the research programs at the university, while also providing support to existing compliance initiatives university-wide to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and standards. Among the key duties of this position are the following: - Evaluates the effectiveness of the University’s compliance programs.

- Promotes ethical conduct, enhances community awareness, and serves as a resource for addressing potential concerns within assigned departments.
