Responsibilities

Responsible for spearheading crucial analysis duties on key mandates and health and finance systems integration. Your expertise will empower PEPFAR country teams with technical assistance. You'll provide vital guidance through drafting technical documents and conducting country-specific assistance, while also reviewing and analyzing sustainability mandates to drive continuous improvement.
Acts as the focal point for Office of Financial Planning and Sustainability (OFPS) analysis duties related to key mandates including costing, Sustainability Index and Dashboard (SID), Table 6, and health and finance systems, including Human Resources for Health.
Provides technical assistance, strategic support, and capacity building to PEPFAR country teams to aid in the development of SID implementation, Table 6, and other sustainability-related products.
Engages in country-specific technical assistance aimed at strengthening sustainability within PEPFAR, focusing on the SID, Table 6, or other sustainability-related elements.
Drafts technical guidance documents for PEPFAR country teams to support their sustainability initiatives.
Reviews and analyzes sustainability mandates within PEPFAR policies, technical considerations, COP guidance, and APR standardized reporting.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Must be in good physical condition and can occasionally travel.
Education and Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
A bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, allied sciences, or related field from an accredited institution is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently lift and/or move parts up to 40lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move parts up to 50lbs
Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for many continuous working hours
Frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to grasp and move network equipment
Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or?reach overhead when moving network equipment
