Physical Therapist Philadelphia, PA We are looking for multiple Physical therapists to join our practice full time in Philadelphia, PA. We have 2 openings and are looking for a clinical Physical therapist, as well as a therapist to be our Director of Therapy. For the Director position, the incoming Therapist must be a DPT, a minimum of 5 years of clinic management experience, some marketing experience, as well as experience with building a physical therapy brand. We have several offices around the greater Philadelphia area and the PT will potentially be rotating through all offices (Upper Darby, Havertown, NE Philadelphia, Philly -Brewery town area, and Chester)

Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
Compose discharge notes for patients, refer to appropriate outside sources, as necessary
Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Director position- management of the clinical therapy services and overseeing the PTs
Director position- Marketing the physical therapy brand and building the PT services
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Master of Physical Therapy Program (DPT for Director Position)
PT License in PA
