Responsibilities:
Drive project completion and site acquisition.
Track vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated and conform to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
Work in multiple systems to manage project tasks and data.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams.
Ensure all parties are aware of project status through regular deployment calls.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Project Management (5-7 years): Proven experience in driving project completion and managing project timelines.
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge (5-7 years): Familiarity with leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Strong communication and coordination skills for deployment calls.
Proficiency in multiple project management systems and tools.
Financial management skills for handling project budgets.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical skills to ensure project trackers and data are accurate and up-to-date.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Desired: Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or related fields.
