In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall ADP sales value message, ensuring personalization of messages through sales tools and providing real-time business insights and trends all positioned from the ‘Sales Lens’. Expectations:
Review and fine-tune Gen AI prompts with personalized value messaging
Assist with value-messaging workflows to deliver targeted messaging in a scalable way
Maintain messaging database supporting Gen AI and Sales Tools
Have a deep understanding of BU segments and ability to connect value to products in order to help personalize messaging accordingly
Content writing, revisions and reviews for emails, talk tracks, EO presentations, Seismic pages and playbooks
Seat rides and feedback from sales
Track and deliver insights, trends and research for sales to leverage when engaging their buyer
Track messaging impact through Call Intelligence tools like Gong and Analytics Dashboards in Seismic
Align over-arching ADP message with business unit messages as well as brand and corporate marketing, while maintaining a strong sales lens.
Proofread content for sales enablement team deliverables
Capture content and messaging in sales messaging workshops
Skills/qualifications:
A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
Experience with GenAI or ChatGPT
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
5 years of sales or sales content writing experience
Ability to identify business challenges and key trends
Strong relationship management skills, with ability to use insights to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo
Ability to use data to design and measure progress and metrics, as well as proactively determine insights for process improvements
Ability to align to business and shifting organizational priorities
Works well under pressure, has a high tolerance for stress and comfortable with change
Outstanding organizational & time management skills
Ability to negotiate with internal partners to ensure the value and alignment of all content
