As a Senior Manager, IT Transformation, Quote to Order, you will drive the alignment of activities, processes and information flow across a transformation program, Accountable for Commercial Enablement Workstream supporting Early Engagement, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover/Deployment/Hypercare, System Integrator engagement, financial adherence (SOW, resources, budget), Technical Architecture and Release Management. You will partner with leadership, business program leaders, Program Management Office, technical teams, and system integrators to lead the execution of the agreed upon program activities. In partnership with program leaders, you will provide analysis and recommendations for program operations across all processes and technologies based on data collected and reported metrics.

What you will do

- Act as a liaison between different teams or departments, while utilizing effective communication, collaboration, and alignment to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage the entire Lead to Order Process.
- Drive IT value creation and customer satisfaction across multiple divisions, while building and maintaining strong relationships with Program Business and division leadership.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop an integrated strategic roadmap with business strategy and technology roadmap that aligns with Live Sites and Stryker Enterprise strategy.
- Identify other program timelines and deployment schedules to minimize disruptions and manage cross-program dependencies.
- Review existing application portfolio across all areas to identify possible consolidation, standardization or replacement based on Global Template solution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized program management methodologies and tools.
- Assist in allocating resources, such as personnel, partners, and budget, to ensure program activities are adequately supported.
- Identify key stakeholders and establish relationships with them. Establish effective communication channels. Understand their needs, expectations, and concerns, and work to address them throughout the program lifecycle.
- Innovation: Identify new technologies or tools to drive process optimization, competitive advantage, scalability and flexibility, data-driven insights, improved user experience and adoption and integration and collaboration with other solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the development and maintain program documentation, including program charters, progress reports, and risk assessments. Prepare regular status updates and reports for program stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact program success. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Change Management: Support organizational change associated with program implementation. Help communicate program objectives, benefits, and impacts to stakeholders. Assist in managing resistance and facilitating adoption.
- Program Evaluation: Collaborate in the defining of evaluation criteria and metrics to measure program success. Conduct post-implementation reviews with stakeholders and system integrator to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer Science or Engineering, Business, or related fields required.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of IT experience; leading a team, setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives required.
- Extensive experience leading SFDC, or Oracle CPQ, teams and understanding the Lead to Order Business process required.
- Experience deploying or delivering global transformational programs required.
- End to end process integration experience with major ERP is required, preferably SAP.
- International experience and/or exposure working in other business functions preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean, ITIL, PPM, PMO, etc. standards and processes preferred.
