We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative! The ideal candidate is an outgoing self-starter with background in customer service and administration. This team member must be detailed oriented and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

A Typical Day
Coordinate between builder portals and internal teams.
Enter purchase orders into Star’s job tracking system.
Send jobs to the estimating team to get quotes for builder approval.
Coordinate the purchase order with installation schedule for key accounts.
Proactively monitor installation schedule and report changes or unexpected disruptions of material.
Requirements
2 years of experience in a professional environment.
1 year of experience with data entry.
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of customers, both verbally and written.
Ability to operate in separate scheduling system.
Highly organized, detailed, and possess strong time management skills.
Proficient in various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and web-based applications.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge of the new construction process.
Experience with flooring or countertop materials.
