Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team in our home office in Camp Hill. This individual will oversee a team of accountants and assist with everyday functions within their expertise. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hybrid and schedule change available upon completion of introduction period.

Role and Responsibilities:
Supervise several co-owners.
Perform monthly reviews of assigned portfolio.
Prepare budgets and year end workpapers.
Communicate with internal team and property owners/clients.
Assist with tax filing and financial statement preparation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven ability to manage people.
Understanding of business machine operations (Microsoft suite).
Experience with Yardi and/or affordable housing is a plus!
Ability to meet deadlines which may include working additional hours during certain times of the year.
Analytical skills necessary to manage tasks and interpret data.
Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-owners and outside individuals.
