Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a leading Advertising Agency in Stamford, CT seeking an experienced Manager of SEM to develop, implement and optimize paid search campaigns to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
Manage the strategy, development, and execution of SEM campaigns across media platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, focusing on various KPIs such as online sales, foot traffic, site visits, and lead form submissions.
Expand and enhance SEM search campaigns on Google and Bing to meet and exceed client performance goals.
Initiate and lead testing and growth projects, including campaign expansions, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting experiments.
Collaborate with the Media and Account Management team to understand campaign objectives and develop targeting and execution strategies.
Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of paid search campaigns.
Oversee the continuous optimization, testing, and reporting of campaign performance, proactively addressing any issues.
Develop and review media plans for clients, applying insights to deliver top-tier executions.
Act as an SEM expert, identifying emerging trends and introducing innovative search and digital media solutions that align with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships both internally across departments and externally with media vendors.
Present campaign performance, insights, recommended optimizations, and future strategies to clients.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in SEM campaign management
Demonstrated expertise in media strategy and execution, ideally within a media agency.
Data driven, comfortable analyzing numbers and reporting
