Boot Barn is looking for a Merchandise Replenishment Coordinator to join our Merchandise Planning Team. The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of experience replenishment and/or purchase order coordination and be able to process replenishment orders in a timely fashion, collaborate with merchandising teams and vendors on purchase order submissions, run reports, and assist the store support merchandise coordinators with the EDI portal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and publish warehouse distribution recap
- Generate and publish replenishment query report for Merchandising Teams
- Format replenishment queries and submit orders from Merchandising Teams
- Placing replenishment orders
- Answer vendor questions regarding orders
- Notify Merchandise Teams of purchase order extension request, style discontinuations and cost discrepancies reported by vendor
- Publish weekly replenishment recap
- Assist SSMC team members with the ecUtopia EDI portal
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager or as the business needs
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.

- Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 year’s work experience, preferred
- Must be extremely well organized and be a strong problem solver
- Self-motivated with good initiative
- Experience meeting multiple deadlines
