Overview
Provides general clerical support to the Security department.
Responsibilities
Assists with RL Solutions Incident Reporting System.
Compiles video footage storage.
Creates all physician/contractor badges.
Creates and maintains Lost and Found Inventory List.
Dispatches Courier requests.
Handles departmental purchases to include supplies, uniforms, etc via Lawson ordering system.
Maintains and tracks all employees’ training documentation.
Maintains compliance documentations (Fire data information and Environment of Care Rounds) per Joint Commission regulations.
Maintains vendor relationships by obtaining project quotes and handling invoices in conjunction with accounts payable.
Performs data entry projects and statistical analysis at request of departmental management.
Qualifications
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent training required.
Work Experience:
One year clerical experience required.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to use standard office machines, including typewrites, copiers, multi-line phones and facsimile machines. Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel. Must have good people and telephone skills.
