Under general supervision, actively incorporates the company's “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” assists residents in various therapeutic activities designed to aid them regain more independent lives, especially after injury or illness. Develops awareness of residents interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Creates a safe environment in which to provide direct resident care and assist in residents activities of daily living.
Compensation:
Pay range is : $19.00- $23.00
Shift Differential/Additional Hourly Pay: $1.00 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights, $1.00 for Weekends
Schedule:
Full-time 37.50 hours per week
AM Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:30 AM- 7:30 PM
Qualifications:
Education – High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Restorative Program Education. Certification is required for entry for this position.
Experience/Training– Minimum of one-year experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – CNA or state equivalent. RNA and CPR.
