Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic and innovative IT team. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will primarily focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools, with a strong emphasis on Power AutomateI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop and configure Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate workflows and automation solutions
Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors and APIs.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
US citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience in Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Proficient in both Model-Driven and Canvas based PowerApps and Power Automate
Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture, components, and capabilities.
Proficient in Power Automate expressions, Power Apps formula language (PowerFx), DAX, and SQL.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.
Experience in creating visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred.
Experience with GCC-High a plus
