Provide testing support, implementation, and post implementation support. Monitor electricity outage from applications. Create functional specification document, Low Level Design Document (LLD) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new changes. Plan and deploy application upgrades with latest features. Co-ordinate with the teams around production incidents to ensure their timely resolution and recovery. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to prevent the re-occurrence of the same issue. Follow process for production and lower environments deployment. Utilize at least ten (10) of the following 19 tools/skills: all phases of SDLC: analysis, design, development and testing; Microsoft Office Tools, Tableau, SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Workflows, InfoPath, VBA, MQ Series, Connect: Direct, C, Unix, Unix Networking, Oracle, MS-Access, MySQL, Advanced Excel, Service Now and Remedy. Required: Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Masters degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Business Analyst or related.
