About the role:
As a Product Support Representative on our Vendor Enrollment team, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will make calls to FIS customers to enroll them in electronic payment programs.
What you will be doing:
• Contact suppliers by phone to introduce the FIS Integrated Payables Credit Card and ACH Programs
• Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing and payment
• Meet performance targets including high-volume tele-sales dial, contact & conversion metrics
• Identify and overcome objectives while walking the supplier through the enrollment process
• Offer/cross-sell merchant services as appropriate to meet the suppliers’ needs
• Perform supplier analysis and update records for lead activity and status
What you will need:
• 3-years of inbound and/or outbound call center/customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High energy and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong presentation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Outlook skills
Added bonus if you have:
• Knowledge of FIS products a plus
• SFDC (salesforce.con) skills
• 3-years of sales experience; tele-sales experience preferred
