Client Solutions Managers are responsible for the project management of new and incremental client business to the Securities Services organization within JPMorgan’s Corporate Investment Bank. The role covers a diverse client base that includes Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Pension Funds, Banks, Broker Dealers and Insurance Companies. Solution and Implementation activity encompasses all Securities Services products including - but not limited to - Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Services, Hedge Fund Servicing, Transfer Agency, Securities Lending and Clearance and Collateral Products. The scale of activity will range from single product implementations to large, complex deals involving multiple products and multiple entities, and a range of constituents.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive client requirements gathering process and propose and influence target solutions for the client.
Ensure client requirements are understood and work with internal partners to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign off on solutions.
Develop and manage project delivery plans as well as facilitate negotiating of client legal agreements and execute plans with robust governance and reporting.
Actively mitigate and manage project risk by coordinating timely resolution of issues.
Execute post implementation and production satisfaction reviews to continually improve practices
Ensure all controls and procedures are complied with
Contribute to strategy for delivering excellent client implementation service
Identify potential tactical and strategic improvements to implementation processes
Proactively drive internal team and department wide initiatives as agreed upon
Work with Sales and RFP teams in pre-win phase to ensure on-boarding is effectively represented
Actively represent and champion the Implementation team in the Sales cycle; participate in pitches and lead Implementation dialogue with internal partners and clients across all product discipline
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5+ years in Financial Services particularly Securities Servicing Industry
5+ years in a client facing implementation role or commensurate experience
Excellent project management skills
Excellent client-facing skills
Working knowledge of multiple Securities Services products such as Custody, Fund Accounting & Admin, Securities Lending, Hedge Fund Services and Prime Custody
Effectively prioritize, track and report on all projects in the pipeline.
Lead project communication to all internal and external parties
