Responsibilities
Seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to serve as Medical Director for our hospitalist practice at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital in Hollister, CA.
Responsibilities include coverage for high-risk deliveries, emergency room consults, pediatric admissions of low acuity and well newborn care.
Newborns requiring NICU care are transported to our affiliated Level-III NICU at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose.
The hospital delivers about 500 babies annually.
The full-time schedule is twelve 24-hour shifts per month with call from home.

Located just 25 miles east of Monterey Bay and 40 miles from the Monterey/Carmel area, Hollister is a semi-rural area famous for its fresh and healthy crops. Qualifications
BC Pediatrician with current in-house hospital experience.

Base compensation is $220,000 - $240,000 plus director stipend
