Summary:
Revlon is seeking a Sr. Recruiter with experience building talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will execute sourcing strategies, present candidates, and build talent pipelines to support our continued growth and transformation. The duration of this contract is 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters on critical requisitions or groups of requisitions.
Define and execute sourcing strategies and present qualified candidates to recruiters.
Develop and define effective engagement strategies for pipelines of passive talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
Implement strategic campaign outreach and personalized correspondence to engage potential candidates with InMail
Build, organize, and maintain pools of niche talent into dedicated pipelines sorted and tagged by specific skills.
Conduct talent market research using proven data tools to pull key market insights, including compensation expectations
Organize data to provide clear pictures of the talent pool, enabling data-driven strategies and influencing business decisions.
Requirements
3-5 Years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition as a Recruiter or Sourcer, supporting a variety of functional areas including but not limited to, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Digital, and Analytics
CPG experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of data and analytics to support talent market research.
Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG), and creative Boolean searches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract passive talent.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience building and maintaining multiple active pipelines of talent across multiple functional areas
Self-driven with a high-performance mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The hourly base pay range for this position in New York City is $50 – 55/hr; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
