Position Description:
Provide paralegal support to the Interstate Natural Gas Pipeline Group:
Review, edit, cite check, and draft legal documents, including commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, land-related agreements, and correspondence (with attorney supervision).
Conduct legal and general research as assigned.
Provide commercial transaction, audit, and regulatory filing support (including SharePoint management, proofreading documents, filings, and agreements, and organizing documents).
Assist with tracking Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and related court proceedings; track, summarize, and organize documents and filings (including comments, responses, testimony, environmental assessments/environmental impact statements, and orders/permits).
Undertake due diligence (including corporate records and UCC searches).
Special departmental projects as assigned.
Position level will be based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
