Position Summary
The Sales Support, Existing Business - Enroller position will conduct open enrollment meetings, health fairs and various other presentations as a result of a new business sale or renewals. Responsibilities include coordinating open enrollment meetings with the broker and customer, conducting open enrollment presentations and answering coverage questions. In addition, conducting post enrollment activities such as application collection, review of applications for accuracy and completeness, confirmation of enrollment status and providing enrollment reports to customer/producer. Successful Enroller will be able to manage multiple/changing priorities in support of customer needs and deadlines, diplomatically handle conflicts and apply negotiation skills to daily encounters, work through various departments to successfully accomplish tasks and maintain a strong knowledge of Aetna's capabilities, products and services.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish fluency is required (Written & Oral)
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills needed.
Must reside in Los Angeles County
California insurance producer license, if not currently licensed they must obtain within 60 days of hire date.
Must attend in person meetings at customer locations (Local travel is required during peak season)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $40.54
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
