Position Overview:
The Client Technology Analyst (Intermediate) - Under general supervision provides timely and creative solutions to end-user computer and networking problems of moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity. Performs restorative and maintenance actions, either remotely or on-site, to resolve problems using basic troubleshooting and technical skills. Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problem equipment or software installations, moves, and configuration changes. Maintains accurate information and data regarding end-user issues within the tracking system and according to policies and standards.
Job Duties:
Provide desk-side support for end users across the organization.
Assist with escalations and assignments from the Help Desk and other IT staff.
Participates in projects including imaging and deploying endpoints and peripherals.
Provides on-site and remote support for emergency activations and special events.
Other duties may be assigned based on need of the department.

Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited educational institution
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities (KSAs):
Technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interact with staff at all levels, including VIPs.
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
Strong knowledge of personal computer usage in a networked environment and various software, specifically Microsoft products.
