Adecco is partnered with one of our clients, a national leader in their industry, to recruit a skilled Sales Manager to develop business and serve their customers throughout the Western United States region.

This is a full-time position that requires up to 50% travel and will be remote the rest of the time. We are seeking qualified candidates preferably who live in the Western United States.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Foster partnerships by developing key relationships with brand associates to advance your objectives.
Implement new target initiatives through thorough research, planning, and execution.
Identify and capitalize on specification opportunities, creating specs and crafting proposals.
Engage with A&D firms, owners, procurement companies, and other decision makers to expand your network.
Lead key account planning sessions and ensure alignment with top stakeholders and decision makers.
Communicate channel marketing and product development needs, including new product opportunities and brand awareness campaigns.
Take ownership of your pipeline, conversion rates, and results, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
Cultivate early adoption of new products by leveraging relationships with thought leaders in relevant market segments.
Qualifications:
Four (4) year college or university degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience preferred.
Background in interior sales based in the real estate or hospitality sectors strongly preferred.
Must be energetic, highly motivated, and have the ability to function in a high-pace environment with varying schedules (travel, priority, time, etc.), team oriented.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence required.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customer, groups of managers, associates, clients, and the general public required.
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
