The Director role requires a unique mix of strategic, operational, technical & influencing skills as the incumbent will work cross-functionally to drive new business projects.
Responsibilities:
The role will manage a variety of short-term and long-term business initiatives including but not limited to:
Leading and managing projects that drive business growth. Running category expansion projects across our existing partnership networks: organizing pilots, with a test & learn lens by introducing new products & services in different target markets
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Working across the enterprise to introduce and integrate new technologies and innovations. This includes working across the enterprise to improve CX by driving the implementation of new tracking & proof of delivery technologies with our partner florists.
Identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities and business models. This will include revamping our delivery service provider offering for the partner network to add value to our partner florists, while also generating new revenue streams.
The expected salary for this position is $135,000 - $165,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex, operational & strategic projects, preferably in a large, multi-faceted organization.
Proven track record of driving growth initiatives & coordinating large-scale project delivery.
Exceptional technical, analytical, communication & organizational skills. Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (Excel,Tableau,SAS,Powerpoint).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence & engage teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to act as organizational glue, coordinating and aligning efforts across multiple teams and departments.
