Honeywell is hiring a Director, Sales Campaign sitting in either Houston, Texas or Charlotte, North Carolina. This individual is responsible for leading specific sales campaigns to drive growth in targeted segments.
Working cross-functionally with the business unit leaders, the Director Sales Campaign will leverage their expertise to ensure our strategic growth initiatives are translated into actionable sales plans and quotas backed with best-in-class sales operations and enabling capabilities. This commercial leader has a passion for leveraging analytics and technology to drive actionable insights to increase seller productivity and measurably improve on sellers’ performance.
The Director Sales Campaign will have a pivotal role responsible for driving short and medium-term revenue growth. They will oversee and manage multiple facets of sales campaigns to increase sales velocity and ensure flawless delivery, liaising with Sales, Gold Business Enterprise (GBE), Offering Management, Demand Planning, Customer Business Team Program Managers, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Customer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with members of the Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership teams to develop and implement new commercial capabilities.
Lead certain sales campaigns in targeted segments/product groups.
Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
Pipeline and lead-to-revenue management to drive faster sales velocity and higher win rates.
Routine assessment of the salesforce’s capabilities, coverage, pipeline and maturity gap analysis.
Leverage and provide inputs to evolve the analytical dashboards and business insights that inform leadership at multiple levels on how to drive sales performance.
Align Sales, Sales Leadership, Product Leadership, and Marketing to drive more successful sales campaigns.
Manage and facilitate product and value prop training for salespeople.
