Responsibilities:
Deliver small group and individual services in order to implement student IEP goals and objectives
Provide evaluation services
Design, monitor and evaluate evidenced-based interventions and outcomes
Present information at PPT meetings
Develop goals/objectives for IEP
Serve as a professional resource to students, teachers, staff, parents
Work with support staff to ensure appropriate implementation of IEP
Qualifications:
Current ASHA certification
Current CT teaching certification
Ability to provide both evaluative and therapeutic services
Experience with providing services to students on the autism spectrum and language-based learning disabilities
Ability to work a member of team
Experience in inclusionary and consultation practices
Knowledge of ABA and behavior principles preferred
Knowledge of assistive technology/augmentative communication preferred
