Job Description
Build strong internal stakeholder business relationships to understand business objectives and delivering projects of greater value to local markets
Manage and operate the assigned disciplines' marketing plan
Plan, drive and execute marketing programs to increase awareness and engagement with candidates
Plan and execute a B2B campaign to support the sales operations and help increase the job flow with the Channel team in the UK.
Proactively manage events programs for clients and prospects, conference & speaker opportunities. This must include planning, management and amplification of content.
Support the internal communications plan to effectively communicate marketing achievements in raising the profile for the marketing department;
Develop local marketing collaterals such as case studies, testimonials, client/candidate tools, newsletters, presentations, etc. that can be leveraged/ tailored locally;
Communicate plans to the business to provide insight and recommendation as a subject matter expert and informed advisor to the business.
Assess competitor & market best practices to identify improvements in campaigns, marketing programs, etc.
Generates strong comms processes to work with the UK channel Teams to implement campaigns (CRM, Digital, Content, Design)

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of three years' experience of running multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive lead generation for a service based company
Knowledge of paid channels to drive campaign awareness including social advertising, PPC and remarketing
Experience of compiling content elements to support B2B nurturing across all stages of the sales funnel
Strong digital background
Experience of running brand awareness programs
Good project and program management skills
Data driven with knowledge of lead management and measuring ROI on campaigns
Event management experience including using these for driving engagement and awareness across digital and social channels
Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written presentation skills
Good team work capabilities
Ability to talk to different stakeholders
Communicate with clarity and respect
Lead with authenticity and customer centricity
Drive a collective and continuous-learning environment
