-AN/SPY-1 Operator, Instructor, and curriculum developer: This individual will join a multi-instructor and developer workforce providing Aegis and BMD course materials and instruction for our U.S. and International Program customers. -Develop innovative training solutions and recommendations to support emerging training requirements, provide technical liaison between OEM, product development teams and internal and external customers, support/attend technical meetings, develop specialized briefs, and develop and present training materials for Aegis and BMD. -Domestic and Foreign travel is possible -Primary work location is Dahlgren, VA.

US Citizenship is required and candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. -Ability to develop curriculum IAW NAVEDTRA 130B and 131B -Experience with curriculum development including AIM I, AIM II, or Content Planning Module/Learning Object Module (CPM/LOM) -Familiarization with Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel) -Experience with the Aegis Combat System representing at least one shipboard tour and one training/instructional tour. -Master Training Specialist (MTS) -Specialized experience related to Aegis training systems, subsystems, capabilities & limitations, and associated curriculum design and development activities. -Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Combat Systems Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP), all elements of the Aegis Weapon System, Capability and Limitations, and ability to conduct formal training, train the trainer, and demonstration for internal and external students in both classroom and shipboard environments. -Demonstrated ability to build and conduct presentations for senior U.S. or FMS Navy officials. -Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment/lead a team "Energize the Team" -Proven experience as an instructor with the ability to brief operational and tactical concepts to officers and senior enlisted. -Graduate of at least one AN/SPY-1 series course.
