Providing efficient and professional customer support for animatronic products via phone and email through a ticketing system
Managing a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that customers receive the best solutions possible
Maintain precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data
Working independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues
Stay informed about all product and policy changes relevant to product support
Flexible work availability to accommodate business needs. Operations will expand to include weekends during peak season which may include overtime
Processing customer orders through Zendesk and sending out orders using Shopify
Qualifications
Associate degree or 1-2 years of customer service experience, required
