Compensation Range: $170,000 - $200,000

Position Description:
The Regional Integrated Facilities Manager is responsible for supporting the Site Directors and other site employees in all aspects of the site facilities department, including overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that?will ensure well-managed facilities, in coordination and conjunction with Hensel Phelps’ and the client’s?goals and objectives.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Facility Maintenance, or related field.
- Twelve (12) years of construction and/or facility management experience with progressively greater responsibility and./or a combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team.
- Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment.
- Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint), CMMS and report writing applications.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document and optimize facilities processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of energy management concepts and utility deregulation.
- Ability to read and interpret financial data relating to facilities.
- Experience in management (property maintenance, facilities management, catering services) in a multi-site commercial property environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate in Project Management Prince II
- Professional Membership of BIFM
Essential Duties:
- Creates and delivers consolidated reporting and reviews all budgets, financial reports (monthly and quarterly), contracts expenditures, and purchase orders related to the facility(s).
- Develop, prepare, and deliver the annual facility budget, quarterly forecasts, and business plans.
- Create a cohesive work environment and team to ensure superior customer service, high retention of employees, and a preferred place to work.
- Manage the performance of assigned staff and managers.
- Manage and implementation operational best practices and support new business by determining capture objectives and sales strategies.
- Responsible for monthly reporting in the areas of operational key performance indicators, staffing, scheduling, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal customers to support new business opportunities.
