Job SummaryThe candidate will work as a Marketing Programs Specialist responsible for planning and managing end-to-end email campaigns and multi-channel marketing initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute these campaigns while analyzing their performance using key metrics.
Job Duties:
Plan and manage end to end process of email campaigns including creative development, coding, localization, set-up, test/QA email campaigns
Build program test plans. Perform and analyze A/B split testing
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Segment Marketers, Data Ops, Analytics, Creative & Deployment Teams) to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign results.
Participate in creative development with copywriters, designers, and programmers.
Accurately estimate and track program hours, weekly campaign timelines, and results
Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick-off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating out project timelines
Identify the key performance metrics or indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators. Plan and manage end to end process of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, push, SMS, and in-product discovery.
Work with many cross-functional stakeholders and partners to deliver an awesome customer experience.
Storytelling
Must be able to work with internal and external audiences (will be some customer engagement)
Project Management skills to drive Marketing Communications projects
Skill Requirements:
1+ years experience in b2c or b2b email and/or mobile marketing
Experience setting up, executing, and measuring life-cycle email campaigns for SaaS products
Marketing automation experience
Exceptional execution and project management skills
Understanding of email creative best practices
Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution, and delivery of results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects & priorities
Solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaigns

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
