Your role at Clorox:
Leads forecast and quarterly close for consolidated Admin, and provides management with accurate business results and analysis to support
decision making and spending prioritization. Lead high profile project analyses, including for complex and confidential projects partnering with
senior management. Assist other Functional Planning team members to complete key deliverables as needed.
In this role, you will:
• Lead total company admin analytics, reporting and consolidation process for close and forecast. Submit results to Corporate Financial Planning and Accounting teams
• Lead project analyses for Functional Planning, including complex and confidential analyses.
• Provide support during the Anaplan implementation, ensuring success on the project. Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver results and meet functional admin objectives.
• Support the functional teams in tracking and achieving admin targets.
• Complete ad hoc analysis to support functional leaders.
• Deliver accurate admin forecast for Finance Function, including annual budget and quarterly forecast updates. Provide variance analytics to senior management.

What we look for:
• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 7+ years of Finance and Accounting experience
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong planning, organizing, communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills are essential to succeed in this role
• Effectively lead meetings and communicate key messages to senior leadership
• Strong knowledge of general accounting theory including journal entries and financial statements
• Ability to take personal ownership to ensure timely response to customer needs and work proactively to provide solutions
• Ability to identify and implement ways to streamline and improve effectiveness and efficiency of close and forecast
• Passion for building team engagement
• SAP knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong computer literacy across MS Office suite, including excellent Excel skills
