Key Responsibilities:?
- Oversee property operations in line with company values
- Uphold professionalism and image
- Deliver top-notch customer service and communication
- Assign tasks to team members
- Remain on call 24/7 for emergencies
- Manage incident reports and safety compliance
- Assess and adjust property operations as needed
- Maintain occupancy levels and lease units
- Review leases and ensure financial stability
- Supervise maintenance contracts and assist residents promptly
- Schedule staff for efficiency
- Certify resident income and inspect property
- Conduct annual employee appraisals
- Control inventory within budget
- Make daily operational decisions
- Plan community events
- Manage correspondence and employee records
- Offer resident information and referrals
- Prepare property budgets and financial statements
- Submit subsidy vouchers as needed
- Handle additional tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some related college courses preferred. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to use computer software, and email. Good budget and accounting skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Prior related experience highly preferred.
Essential Equipment Skills:
- Proficiency in Boston Post software
- Ability to operate computer, printer, telephone, fire alarm system, equipment for the disabled, FAX machine, photocopier/scanner, and car.
