Looking for someone with good customer service skills, experience in the field and flexibility in their schedule. In this role you will work as needed.
About the role:
- Answer phones, be “the face” of the fitness center when employees come in
- Get new members signed up, answer questions, solve system issues (computer/equipment)
- Help with scheduling for the Trainers, and any necessary cleaning.
- Will work 6 hr. shifts to help with PTO coverage needs.
- Morning Shift: 5am-11am and Afternoon Shift: 1pm-7pm

Essential Functions:

- Handles administrative duties including but not limited to: answering incoming calls, copying, binding, opening and routing mail, electronic and standard file management, including contact directory, and correspondence drafting
- Event planning and coordination

Job Requirements:
Education:
- One year certificate from college or technical school with concentration in front office support for medical settings
Experience:
- At least three years’ experience providing administrative support in a clinic or office setting.
