Position Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive all incoming documents and input the information into the J.I.M.S./JWEB systems.
Assess fees, issue service when necessary, and provide accurate record searches according to the Texas Rules of Court.

Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Testing will be required.
Must possess computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
Must be able to work overtime with short notice.
Must be able to maneuver, including lifting a minimum of thirty (30) pounds.
Testing will be required. (Grammar 80%, Typing 35 words per minute with 80% accuracy)
Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
NOTE: Qualifying education, experience, knowledge, and skills must be documented on your job application.
