** This full-time benefited role is anticipated to last for one (1) year from date of hire with the possibility to extend per operational needs. This role is expected to work on a hybrid model from the Cedars-Sinai Marina Del Rey Hospital.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program/Project Coordinator provides support to a mid to large scale, recognized organizational program/project by coordinating all operations for the assigned program or project to facilitate the effective management of programs/projects according to organizational standards.
Supports, manages and coordinates MDRH HR projects.
Collaborates with Project Manager and other HR team members to understand department project requirements and ensure projects are completed within the timelines.
Retrieves and disseminates data from ADP to the Business Leaders.
Presents HR information to the Business Leaders Facilitates and presents in New Hire Orientation.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor's Degree in Health care, Business Administration, Management or related field is preferred.
Three (3) years of customer Service and strong communication skills.
Two (2) years progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience.
Two (2) years of project support experience is preferred.
