We are looking for an A/V Telecom Service Desk Specialist to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Sr Director, Infrastructure and Servicesand will be based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Support Help Desk/Service Desk
Provide IT support services to local and remote employees
Independently install, configure and troubleshoot hardware including laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
Respond to escalation for technical assistance via phone, email and in person
Document ticket status and provide updates to requestor as well as management
Support for executive and customer meetings
Provide input and help to maintain standard operating procedures, best practices and customer service guidelines relating to client services desktop support.
Skills and Experience:
Competence in setting up, operating, and maintaining Audio Visual equipment and communication hardware and software
Knowledge of on-prem and/or cloud VoIP phone systems
Previous experience supporting a Help Desk/Service Desk
