Job Description
Purpose & Scope:
The position of Clinical Operations Regulatory Specialist provides auditing support of the clinical operations staff under the direction of the AVP of Quality/Patient Safety Officer. Auditing functions would include utilizing auditing tools as developed by the Quality team in line with the training programs and processes. This position ensures that the training and auditing are in compliance with the department’s standards, regulatory bodies, and standards of practice.
Education:
An associate degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience is required.
Experience:
One year of experience auditing in a managed healthcare system is preferred.
One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required.
One year of proficiency using medical terminology is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None.
