- Provide financial leadership and guidance across functional teams - Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners - Promote Earned Value (EV) compliance as applicable based on external and internal program requirements - Utilize the financial systems and communicate the financial metrics required to ensure focus on effective cost management - Contribute to the accurate, concise and timely preparation of executive presentations - Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Senior Management - Knowledge of and experience with Earned Value EVM - Strong problem-solving skills / Forensic Accounting capabilities. - Collaborative Nature. - Customer focused. - Seeks out challenging assignments. - Knowledge of and experience with financial concepts (income statement, balance sheet) - Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and social skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Ability to balance conflicting priorities. - Advanced Excel skills.
