Required Education & Experience At least three years of directly related experience providing administrative support in a higher education setting. Experience working with students and faculty. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Required Skills & Abilities:- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe.- Demonstrated familiarity with (or willingness to learn and be trained in) Banner, Kronos, Taleo.- Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of administrative support in an office setting.- Demonstrated expertise in scheduling spaces and organizing events.- Ability to supervise student workers.- Demonstrated organizational skills, along with the ability to multi-task and successfully complete projects with competing deadlines.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability to interact with a diverse constituent population.- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
