Coordinate property inspections and audits.
Oversee construction projects related to property improvements.
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
Manage time lines, budgets, and resources for property-related construction projects.

Prior experience in interior and tenant fit outs
Prior experience in health care, and data centres
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management (preferred)
Excellent management skills in budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Skilled in adapting to changing project requirements and conditions
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software
Successfully managed multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects were delivered on time and within budget
