Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity and organization.
Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Financial Management:
Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
Work closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees on financial planning and management.
Human Resources:
Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Support performance management and professional development initiatives.
Facilities and Operations:
Oversee maintenance and management of school facilities and grounds.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and cleaning services.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Assist with communication initiatives, including newsletters, website updates, and social media. Foster positive relationships with parents and the broader school community.

Qualifications:
