Overview:
This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP FI and WFM to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs.
This position requires in-depth knowledge of one or more functional area as well as relevant SAP module(s), specifically in the area of Work Force Management (WFM).
Required Skills:

Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. \t
Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area. \t
Knowledge of and experience with Federal and specifically Navy ERP preferred. \t
Requires strong organization and communication skills. \t
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. \t
Plans and leads major technology assignments. \t
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.\t
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. \t
May supervise others.\t
Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP WFM module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred. \t
Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders. \t
Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinarystaff of various levels. \t
Demonstrated the ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules. \t
Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures. \t
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (must be clearable) \t
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
Primary Job Duties:
- Provide WFM expertise to confirm/develop/test business requirements in support of upgrade - Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary - Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases - Support development of training work products and respond to trainer questions - Define user authorization requirements - Provide help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving WFM defects ('break/fix'), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP WFM solution and system - Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed.
Perferred Skills:
- 10 years of SAP WFM experience
- Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
- Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
