What Will You Be Doing? Assist in creating weekly/monthly store payroll budgets and store sales forecastsAssist in creating and monitoring actual payroll usage reporting and drive complianceSupport special ad-hoc store analysisSupport maintenance of systems and workflow processes to drive compliance in storesProvide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and insightSupport the execution of payroll allocation strategies and process improvements through analysis, reporting, and communicationProvide day-to-day and seasonal peak support, communication and training to DM and store level associatesDevelop strong working relationships with the Stores Team, especially the DM group, to support stores and understand the needs of the customerDevelop strong working relationships within the Global Home Office to ensure collaborative effortsWhat Do You Need To Bring?
