Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively with diverse ethnically diverse populations, female and male students and colleagues, and to integrate the Christian faith content and issues into their teaching. The ability to articulate how they integrate the Christian faith and History with their teaching is paramount to successful candidacy for the position.
