Job Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch Parts department to include oversight of all parts transactions, parts purchasing, inventory control and supply chain activity while leading the team to obtain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and department performance.
Essential Duties:
• Ensure the department’s compliance with all safety and environmental health guidelines.
• Assists Branch Staff in identifying territory specific target markets and target customers using historical parts data, new product sales data, and territory specific customer needs.
• Using key metrics, evaluate sales and operational performance through financial analysis, YOY growth, efficiency improvements and relationship NPS.
• Oversee to completion all Branch level tasks as assigned
• Assist the Director of Ops with the development of accurate annual and longer-range budget/forecast plans
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales>>Parts Department>>Corporate Management to resolve any workflow or communication issues and support sustained improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders as well as key suppliers and other manufacturers we represent.

Essential Qualifications:
- 2-year technical degree in related field
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Minimum 3 years’ direct industry experience or 5 years in related industry
- Internal applicants: Acceptable level of safety, rework, and productivity in prior roles
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
- Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement.

- Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently
- Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
- Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts
