They have specialized in private and government markets for over 25 years and have an extensive pipeline of projects going forward. Job Description
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of government construction projects in the Bowie/DC area.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and company objectives.
Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project records.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to commercial construction.
