Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Century City, CA (fully onsite for first 90 days and then transitions to 3 days onsite)
Pay: $90,000 to $115,000 annually
Experience: 3+ years of paralegal experience to assist attorneys with civil and business litigation matters.
Education: Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certificate is required.

Responsible to manage cases from intake through trial preparation including working on discovery, including preparing for deposition, propounding, and responding to written discovery and preparing for expert discovery.
Document review.
Creating exhibit binders/ lists.
eFiling documents in state and federal courts meeting required deadlines and ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules.
Assembling motion papers and exhibits, coordinating filings of pleadings and briefs, and ensuring proper service.
Calendaring reserving court appearances, and monitoring case dockets.
Completing Judicial Council forms.
Serving discovery requests, assisting with document collection/production, and scheduling depositions
Ensuring case documents are saved/organized/maintained in iManage.
Position Requirements:
Must have experience eFiling/CM/ECF, PACER in state court and the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), iManage and Adobe.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to meet firm deadlines.
Prior experience with Everlaw and calendaring software (CompuLaw or JuraLaw) is a plus.
